Much of this transformation is rooted in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Manufacturing), where close to one million new jobs have been added to the U.S. economy in the last few years alone. BioSci Labs is committed to sustaining this growth with a 141,000-sq. ft. facility that offers collaborative offices, analytical and biological labs, and clean, scalable manufacturing and warehouse space. The facility represents the first and only of its kind in the state of Rhode Island, allowing entrepreneurs and start-ups to develop and freely innovate with the support and infrastructure of successful, established anchor companies.
Rhode Island may be small, but it’s a hotbed for STEAM growth. So much so, that the number of STEAM jobs in the state grew by nearly 16 percent between 2009 and 2015—same as Texas, Illinois and Ohio. BioSci Labs serves as a pillar for the Rhode Island STEAM community as it braces for uncharted growth in the years to come.
BioSci Labs is conveniently located at 1372 Main St. Coventry, RI between the Pawtuxet River and Washington County Bike trail, just minutes away from top universities and business hubs. Our close neighbors include Rhodes Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, and Amgen.

Our facility is a rare intersection of science, life and business where foremost leaders and visionaries can forge strategic partnerships to learn, grow and succeed together. From engineers and programmers to graphic designers and marketers. Analysts and technicians to Web developers and bookkeepers. Our goal is to create a holistic ecosystem of trusted professionals that can take ideas from conception to execution to ongoing maintenance.
Similarly, we strive to inspire personal and professional relationships that go beyond our workspace. That’s exactly why our venue includes a restaurant with ample seating, as well as an outdoor patio where we host Happy Hour networking events every Friday afternoon.

SPACE
BioSci Coventry is located in the former GTECH manufacturing building in Coventry, Rhode Island with over 141,000 sq ft of offices, cafe', laboratories and clean manufacturing and warehouse space. We are offering a combination of co-working space as well as a STEAM/Medtech Incubator with laboratory services and scale up space for clean manufacturing and warehousing.
